Klaudia Kaczmarczyk is a photographer and filmmaker based in Paris. She graduated from the cinematography department of the Polish National Film School in Lodz, Poland, and later studied photography at ENS Louis-Lumière in Paris.
Over the past several years, she has worked in the film industry with acclaimed directors such as Claire Denis, Yann Arthus-Bertrand, Anastasia Mikova, Damien Chazelle, Lucy Lawless and Anissa Bonnefont. She collaborated on various commercial projects (Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, Yves Saint Laurent, Zalando, Asphalte, Audemars Piguet, Zara, Renault and Ubisoft), as well as music videos for artists including Jazzy Bazz, Aya Nakamura, Damso, Calogero, Tiakola, Vendredi sur Mer and Vianney.
Inspired by the world of documentary filmmaking, she focuses on subjects that place society at the center of her work, exploring the links between migration and the question of belonging. Her first documentary film, Derrière les rideaux (Mois du Doc 2022), is part of the Les Yeux Docs collection at the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
